Four rounds of 4-7-8. About two minutes.

A guided breath to settle the body.

Inhale for four. Hold for seven. Exhale for eight. We'll count for you.

ii. Ground yourself.
Feel your body. Anchor into the room.

Feel your feet on the floor. Press your palms flat on a surface. Name five things you can see. Say them out loud if you can.
